The villa is registered and valorized as an object of high architectural value. It was built in the Austro – Hungarian period, in a specific architectural and design expression of “Bosnian style”. It is a special stylistic expression in which the roots of the indigenous oriental heritage develops a new architectural form belonging to the Austro-Hungarian heritage.

Access to the plot is direct from Alifakovac and Šahinagića Streets. The yard, on the north side of the building has a final floor covering of concrete accessories. Pristup parceli je direktan iz Ulica Alifakovac i Šahinagića. Dvorište, sa sjeverne strane objekta ima završnu podnu oblogu od betonske galanterije. Ovaj prostor je omeđen sa sjeverne strane servisnim prostorima, garažom sa dva parking mjesta, te ostavama. Sa zapadne strane objekta je dio bašte, ozelenjen niskim i visokim rastinjem. Pješačke staze ovog dijela su izvedene u betonu. Ovaj prostor je od susjedne parcele odvojen betonskom ogradom sa profilisanim stubićima.
